Coaching agencies
In 2018 I began facilitating agency and individual coaching sessions with my Layer Coaching approach, a “bottom-up” coaching program that aims in supporting a company’s vision, strategy and passion by bringing coaching through all layers of their agency or organisation.
When I first suggested Layer Coaching with a Creative Director over an intro coffee, I somewhat bluntly stated “I’m not interested in coaching you leadership, I’m interested in coaching juniors and supporting them becoming leaders and one day taking your place”. While this surprised her somewhat, it is also demonstrated how committed I was to creating healthy work environment, which I’ve done so successfully in the years of since working with them.

Going around in circles, which is common in the Teams, leads to monotony, almost like a blockage of sorts. When we interrupt this patterns by addressing our perceptive, Workflow has two beautiful sides: 1) the practical, how we interact with a project/team. 2) the emotional, what do we sense our selfs and the environment. Communication tools address both sides and bring solutions to light.

Even if we speak the same language, we all communicate in our own unique ways. We all listen, observe and interact in different ways. Communication skills training helps my clients understand what kind of communicator they are, and how to be mindful of how they interact as a team, and how to improve on the aspects they struggle with.

Your limiting beliefs are a very big part of what holds you from living you full potential, and these limiting beliefs where born/started somewhere, was it a teacher, a parent a friend that kept on saying “you are not good enough”, “you will never be able to do it”, was it experiencing something seen as a failure “a bankruptcy”, "a divorce”, Our work together is to identify where and why these thoughts started and creating a new path and tools to truly live who you are.

Burnouts are often connected to holding onto challenges or frustrations internally, or pushing them aside, rather than addressing them and letting it go. When we hold onto too much, we overwhelm our nervous system which leads to burnout. As work environments often reflect our personal lives learning how our daily routine supports us in our work environment, and letting go of frustrations we face, helps us create balance, and prevents our nervous system being overwhelmed.

Children have the most creative approach there is, playfulness! We take this word use it as a pivot in brainstorming. Drawing, writing, building, dreaming, story telling, reinventing, these are all key elements to brainstorming and, who ever said brainstorming should be boring and serious? No mater the environment you work in these tools will create perfect ground for coming up new ideas.

In Coaching we address three big questions: What does being a leader mean to you? Where in your life have you notice good leadership and why?
When you were lead by a good leader how did she/he make you feel? Leadership is unique to each individual, a good leader identifies what they excel in, and most important of all they identify what they don't excel in. Why? Because once we can identify our blind spots we can find the support we need to overcome them.
