About Dheeresh
Values
Being a coach is a very ‘personal’ profession - the saying ‘Its not personal its business’ is a complete contradiction to the role I play as facilitator of personal and professional growth. Its also why my own values of being adaptable and open-minded, showing empathy, and being completely dedicated are so important - they keep me grounded and able to facilitate the programs and courses I offer.
Background
Coaching anyone, let it be a client or a friend, is a privilege. It requires trust on both sides, and mutual respect. It can also be confronting for some people - so my approach to coaching is to facilitate a light, genuine and grounded environment to help clients get the most out of coaching, without it feeling too heavy.

Attitude
Coaching can be confronting, but I genuinely believe that it can still be fun, almost like an adventure into one's self. Its a tool to help us grow, learn, stay fresh, find passion, improve our mental health and well being and in some cases flip life on its head. Having a light hearted attitude can help the process of doing the so called “deep work” feel lighter than it sounds.
Philosophy
My philosophy to coaching is pretty simple and based on three things. One, what you see is what you get. Two, it’s not rocket science - most of the time the answer is staring you right in the face. And three, coaching at the end of the day is just a conversation.
