Leadership Coaching

Being a leader now days is no joke, more than ever leaders have been in the spotlight, how successful are you as a Team Lead? How healthy is your work environment? Are you an aware leader? Is your company growing enough or fast enough? How creative is your solution finding? And so on…

I don’t tell my client’s how to be a leader, as we all have unique qualities, strengths and weaknesses. My approach is to support in establishing your own natural leadership style, harnessing your strengths and looking at the opportunities your weaknesses present. As a Leader, presence, calmness, at times assertiveness, groundedness, clear communication and listening are what enables companies and teams to thrive. If you are not happy or relaxed in yourself and your role as Leader, how on earth are you going to bring all these necessary attributes to the table?

This is why all leaders, including myself, have coaches to support and facilitate ourselves at being aware, and present, to support our teams who reply upon us, as they deserve.

Course type: One on one coaching
Course location: Online, at studio, on location

Session lengths: 1h / 1,5h

Course duration: Minimum 3 months (recommended 6 months)
Suitable for: Leaders, Managers, and Juniors with team leading aspirations

  • Your values and personality are a big part of the type of leader you are, and a great way to grow in to the leader you are is to dive in to values and personality: What do I really stand for? How do I behave in different circumstances? When values and personality clash, its important as a Leader to think ‘how can I support the challenge’ - coming from a place of strength and not blame can change a dynamic for the better with a simple conversation.

  • Even if we speak the same language, we all communicate in our own unique ways. We all listen, observe and interact in different ways. Communication skills training helps my clients understand what kind of communicator they are, and how to be mindful of how they interact as a team, and how to improve on the aspects they struggle with.

  • I think you probably heard this before, “ what got us hear won’t necessarily get us there” As we grow in life or career, our meanings also grow and change and develop in to… usually we don’t listen.

What do you stand for now in life?

What makes you feel fulfilled in life?

I can’t promise I’ll make love your job again, but I can promise that there is a choice to made and ill be there to support!

  • Burnouts are often connected to holding onto challenges or frustrations internally, or pushing them aside, rather than addressing them and letting it go. When we hold onto too much, we overwhelm our nervous system which leads to burnout. As work environments often reflect our personal lives learning how our daily routine supports us in our work environment, and letting go of frustrations we face, helps us create balance, and prevents our nervous system being overwhelmed.

For Creative Leads:

For Junior Creatives:

  • Communication is what makes us connect. It has many faces, which is why its important working specifically with who you are as an individual, With all the tools I work with i feel the are tools for each one of us. Whether you’re introvert or extravert, shy or more out going, enjoy public speaker or prefer online meetings, we will dive in to who you are as an individual and what do feel you need communication training for, and from there well open the tool box.

  • To help clients find their passion, in coaching we address two parts:

Your mental game: The way you look at passion, starting with “What does passion mean to you?” And What does passion look like?" Your physical game: Determining steps you can take towards passion, and to stop to neglect one's self. By addressing these we explore ways to improve overall well being and happiness

  • Finding your voice is the act understanding more bout yourself, your personality structure, and how you behave in situations. We explore what are your unique qualities, and what are the blind spots that makes your voice your own.

  • As far as I can remember as a child I would call my parents and most of the time it felt really hard to get there attention, more and more I would yell or cry to to simply be heard. Of course as adults we don’t jump on the floor and cry, but what is left is that is a sense of discomfort every time we don’t feel heard.
There are some questions we can address as to how we communicate: Is it the right time? Is the other ready to listen? Can I improve the rapport with the individual or the group? Can I ask? Should I tell?
